I had the pleasure of touring an apartment recently, and I was beyond impressed! The unit was absolutely beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and had everything I was looking for. It felt like the perfect balance of comfort and style, with plenty of natural light and a great layout.

What made the experience even better was Ally, the assistant manager who showed me around. She was absolutely amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendliness made a great impression, and I truly appreciated her guidance.

To top it all off, the apartment was surprisingly affordable for everything it offered! It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of beauty, space, and price, but this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend checking it out—especially if you get the chance to work with Ally!

I just moved to McDonough like a year ago and seen how clean these apartments were and feel in love. I went to tour and Ms.Ally always is so nice when I call her. The atmosphere is so nice and clean. I will be moving here in a month and I’m still impressed with everything and I’m not so easily impressed. The spirit of God was on me when I tour this place and will enjoy coming home here.

I lived here as my first apartment home in 2022 to 2023. Was skeptical at first but fell deep in love with this place. The grounds are super clean, neighbors are super nice and location is A1. My biggest fear is pest, this place is very clean and only seen 1 shield bug on my balcony, other than that not even a mosquito. The office staff: Top notch, Ally, Tasha and another lady whom I don’t think is there anymore are so super friendly and nice. Maintenance request are answered quickly. I never had an issue. I moved out at end of my lease and went to Florida but moved back to ga and the only place I’d wanna live is Estates of McDonough so I put in another app and will be moving back in in a couple months. I love this place, I will be living here until I decide to move out of state again permanently, if not then I will be renewing the lease yearly here. This is my home!

It's a private housing complex, it's fully secured, and each house has its own garage, and it's quiet. It was even better with gym and a swimming pool, and there was no heating or cooling problem It's just that food shredders sometimes cause problems
