My husband and I had a very poor experience with Escrow Today.

We are in the process of purchasing a house, and Escrow Today was the Selling party's choice.

The Seller's agent had become MIA, which obviously was making closing escrow difficult.

So we reached out to Dalia, a supervisor at Escrow Today, and inform the company of the situation. We were told by Dalia that they could not provide any contact information for the owner, which we understood. Then when my husband simply stated that a deal would be hard to get done with no communication between parties, he was looking for compassion and understanding. Instead, Dalia just acted as if she didn't care.

We had Dalia on speakerphone. You should have heard how she was speaking to my husband. She was cutting him off and over-talking him as if he were some random telemarketer.

We found out that the agent that stopped cooperating with us had been in contact with Escrow Today all along, while we were being led to believe otherwise.

My husband tried to speak to Dalia's leadership, but she stopped responding to his emails.

Despite being in the middle of escrow with this company, I felt compelled to share our story.

Dalia and her team were amazing! They guided my husband and I through our first house purchase. The way that Dalia Godinez works makes it feel very safe. The way she makes sure that we call in every time to verify wiring instructions before we wire to make sure we get the wire to the right place. Dalia Godinez & Escrow Team were very diligent in our escrow process. It was a little complicated because the condo we were selling had a changing HOA, but Dalia and her team were persistent in getting everything they needed in order to close as soon as possible. On top of that, our HOA management company charged us an extra surplus on HOA docs and we notified Dalia to see if she could help us get a refund, and again, after tenacious emails and phone calls from her team, she got a "request denied" changed to a full $60 refund. Very pleased that even after Escrow closed, she and her team responded to our emails and worked so hard to help us get our money back from the HOA property managers.

Dalia and the Escrow Team is amazing! What I mean by amazing is, great communication, helpful, positive but still sensitive to my situation. This was my first time selling a house so I was lost regarding escrow process, until this team came along. Dalia and this team made it easy to understand on what needs to happen, and there was no question she didn't answer with complete confidence. The follow up call timing was just outstanding, would call just to double check on doc collection for escrow and clarity on the process was just perfect.
