American Pacific Mortgage company, like all such mortgage companies, is beset with layer upon layer of bureaucracy. Eric was very responsive and professional. While we were refinancing he kept in touch with us regarding the process. We were able to get a lower rate than Wells Fargo (much more competitive!) and saved us tens of thousands $$$ over the life of the loan.
The large banks had us convinced that they were so busy our refinance was being strung out for months! Even to get a simple answer was a long stream of automatic answering verifying and hoops.
