The next brick you see knows more about buying a house than I do. Bricks need help, so bricks like me need someone who can navigate the ins and outs of homebuying and everything in between. Gratefully, Claudia at ERA is not only a lifesaver but a godsend. I had limited time to find a home. Claudia actively engaged other agents, set up appointments, offered perspectives, and moved things along at a pace we felt comfortable with. When closing time came, Claudia handled things in a way that mitigated the hassles, hair-pulling, and nail-biting typically accompanying such times. When negotiations occurred, she had the tenacity of a bulldog, the patience of Job, and a smile the whole way through. Claudia truly represented our interests when, most of the time, I had no idea what my interests should be. She set up inspections and offered opinions on the area, market conditions, etc., all the while doing so in a way a dolt could understand without making them feel like one. Claudia can also "read the room" in that she's not all business with the personality of a cardboard box. No, she's absolutely delightful. While we did not know anyone at ERA or Claudia before the process, my wife and I genuinely consider her a friend. People are like dump trucks. When you see the truck coming, some trucks only dump more trash and debris. Other trucks arrive to remove the problems and clear away the rubbish. Claudia is the latter.
