I worked with Steve Kim for the loan and he was absolutely amazing. In a way he did both the jobs of my loan officer as well as my agent, in terms of providing knowledge and guidance. There were issues with the Seller's side, near the close of escrow, that could have caused my rate lock to expire, but Steve made sure that wouldn't happen, and even if it did he made sure I wouldn't pay anything extra by having the Seller pay for the additional charges.

I usually never leave reviews or recommend people to my peers since the people I work with never wow me, but Steve Kim is a different story. I would recommend his services to anyone. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
