These people are awesome! They were in constant communication throughout my home purchase process. No only were they easy to work with but they over communicated. While I had one main person I worked with, he had an entire team behind him supporting and pushing the processes forward.

They communicated seamlessly with the title company and my realtor. They were so transparent and caring with how everything was being handled and made sure we were on track. I knew they had my best interests in mind.

I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for the VERY BEST rate available on the market. I shopped them, against a few big box mortgage companies who were at the very top of the list as having the best interest rates in the industry. Equip still beat them all, and they did it with a personal touch that you would never get with a big bank or mortgage company!

Jesse and his co-worker Jenn did a great job on my refi. They made it so quick and effortless for me. And I really like how everything they do is done remotely so there's no hard copy paperwork to pass back and forth. Mike Bradford was awesome. At first I turned him away because based on the requirements I knew I didn't qualify for the loan reduction. He said ok but he said "you know what if you let me try let's see what we can do for you despite that" long story short, he made the miracle happen and we got a lower rate.
