I can’t say enough great things about Envision Properties! Nadine and Amanda are always professional, attentive, and truly understand the needs of their tenants. We stayed at one of their properties for about 3 or 4 years and my experience with envision was absolutely amazing . Nadine made sure every issue and complaint I had was addressed in a timely manner. She communicated with me constantly to ensure we were comfortable and up to date with any changes or freeze warnings as well . We literally had around the clock support , even when I’d email her at 3am she responded promptly . They even went as far as supporting my autistic son’s football fundraiser which meant the world to us 💕. There was one time I was uncomfortably pregnant and freaked out experiencing my first bounced rent payment situation due to my fiancé’s banking error which made me go off the deep end . 😂However she kept it professional and we were able to rectify the situation. Moving out was a breeze , Logan showed up on time did his walkthrough and I was done. Hes a cool dude . As long as you pay your bill on time they will handle everything else . I’m kind of sad to be leaving Envision as they have to grown to be like our extended family I could always call on . I couldn’t have asked for a better property management.

Property was transferred over to envision property management after living in the house for 4 years. I don’t know why the owner decided to switch management companies, but this one was horrible. The reviews you see it true. They don’t answer to follow us. You don’t or really get anything fixed and they continue to go up on the rent and overcharge you for crap that you should not be paying for. The owner eventually left this company and went to another property management company. Talk about a horrible.👎.
They both left me with two different judgments in Clayton County courthouse. They all need to be ashamed of themselves. they sent me over $4000 back because they want $6000 at one time . Hell has a place for All of those full of greed.

My experience was good. My only complaint was being able to reach someone by phone. Primary contact was via email, Nadine was very nice and usually responded to my emails promptly. The response time for maintenance was fairly reasonable. I received my full security deposit within 2 weeks of moving out. The only reason I moved was due to the owner’s selling the home. A 3 year lease and my rent never increased. At the time i had to move Envision had no other suitable homes in a desirable neighborhood available I felt comfortable renting so I rented elsewhere

I was a long term tenant with them for over 4 years. They charged me affordable rent and really worked with me when times were tough. I really appreciate them for that. I always communicated with them and they were fair across the board. I enjoyed my home with them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable housing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM THEY HAVE ROACHES AND BUGS IN THEIR PROPERTIES & won’t tell you! AND THEY ARE SLUM LORDS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NO MATTER HOW GOOD U LEAVE THEIR PROPERTY! I left their property in great condition with no trash no nothing left behind and all the trash I had I put at the curb for garbage pickup, I recorded the place because I knew they’d try to pull something and they did! Meanwhile my second week living there it flooded everytime it rained because they are lazy and wouldn’t fix the roof they paid ppl on the street to try and cover it up and it molded inside the walls! I have pics and videos I’m uploading! They tried to do a half job until an inspector MADE them fix it and they still didn’t replace the roof!

My experience has been phenomenal so far with this company. There is documents you may have to show so they know you are going to pay the rent, but isn't that everywhere? This is a company that if you pay your rent you will not have any issues out of them. That should be how you want it to be. Friendly since day one and quickly I was approved. I did my part by submitting all my documents as fast as I could. I believe this will be the last company I have to rent from to I buy a house. So if you are paying your rent like you suppose to this is the place! Oh and my new home is VERY NICE and huge! Literally clean and they made sure of it! This is a honest review. EVERYBODY was nice to me! Literally everybody at this office!
UPDATE: maintenance was phenomenal! It's a holiday and he came! Office manager was quick on it. I'm thankful. When a company is good to you they deserve acknowledgement!! I knew I made the right choice and it shows!

Nadine is the nicest property manager I have ever had. She goes above and beyond for all her tenants. Also, I have had to pleasure of speaking to Amanda a couple of times and she has been nothing but nice and more than helpful. This company truly cares about their tenants.
