Car was ready at the requested time & place. Was a new car, only 300 miles. Everything worked out just fine - returned car 3 days later at an airport 300 miles away.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional people I've ever interacted with at a rental service. The 'assistant manager' Payton is incredibly rude and incompetent. They just complain about corporate the whole time and blame everything on someone else.

Car wasn't ready. When it was, it wasn't clean. Then, I had to bring it back when it had issues and they still blamed corporate. Stay far away from these people.

I had a reservation for a car. Arrived at my pick up time to pick up my car to be told they didn’t have any cars available and would in a couple hours. We waited 2 hours went back to see and they stated they wouldn’t for a couple days. So you let us reserve a car you didn’t have available. Luckily we found one at another location but for 400 dollars more. Thank you Enterprise never again will I use you guys.

Brand new Toyota with less than 500 miles on it. Great car. One note of warning. This car did not have a USB-A connector. It had USB-C. I had to run to Best Buy to get a pigtail so that I could connect my phone to the car. Lucky for me, they had one.

Booked a car online. Was told they can not honor it after I paid for an Uber to get here. They claimed they called the number I put in, but I have no missed calls and the number she said she called wasn't my number. I asked her what number she called, so she looked in the system and told me she called that number. She didn't. Lied and screwed me out of $20 in Uber fees because she can't do her job.

My husband and I rented a Jeep renegade from this facility after having to come to Flagstaff to deal with a family medical emergency.

The first vehicle ended up having electrical issues a few days into our rental so we returned it for one that would be safer. The person that processed that said to tell the next customer service rep what happened so maybe we could get some compensation instead of handling it then and there himself. When we found we needed to fly out of Phoenix to maintain continuity of care for our family member, the same representative said it would cost several hundred dollars more to return earlier to a different facility.

My husband was able to process a return the same day in the app instead and request a larger rental that could be dropped off in Phoenix for hundreds of dollars cheaper. This showed laziness on behalf of the representative on the phone.

Once my husband dropped off the rental and picked up the new one, they weren’t able to provide a receipt for the drop off which was obviously upsetting given the lack of customer service we had already received. In response, another representative demanded the keys back from the rental he had just gotten for us and when he said no because we had just rented it, she got a police officer to force the return of the keys.

Thank you for leaving my husband stranded and stressed at the airport while we are dealing with a family medical emergency. The lack of empathy and customer service from this facility has convinced us never to rent from enterprise again regardless of the location.
