Donny was great to work with. We spoke to a few lenders before going with him. Jonathan was a terrific mortgage agent. I've never had a real estate transaction where the quality of the mortgage agent mattered before, but it did in this case. The house I was buying needs some significant repairs that the seller is paying for, but the amount of the repairs was more than the amount lenders/underwriters would accept as a seller credit (they wanted it to be a price reduction, which works out on paper, but doesn't actually provide me with cash to pay for the repairs like a seller credit does). Jonathan was great about finding a way to structure the loan so that the seller still covered the cost of the repairs, I got the cash I needed at closing to pay for the repairs, and we didn't go over the lenders'/underwriters' limits on seller credits. I really appreciate his hard work and help. Christine, who works with him, was great to work with, too.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process. Kathy was warm, sweet and friendly. She made sure I had all the documentation I needed to get my loan approved.
