My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Darryl Robinson for the purchase of our home. We were both first time home buyers and while we expected the process to be a little difficult, especially during a pandemic, it turned out to be one of the easiest processes we’ve come to experience due to the relentless work and dedication of Darryl and his team at Palmetto. Within a day of inquiring about services we had a video meeting set up with our realtor. At the time we still hadn’t secured a loan which was no problem with Darryl. Darryl connected us with several loan officers and assisted us in comparing the offers of each company. He was available well after typical office hours to answer questions and go over offers in real time to ensure we could respond properly. We closed in about a months time and with the their rebate and incentives he negotiated into the contract we were able to close for less than a thousand on closing cost. My husband and I are both extremely satisfied with our decision to go with Elite Palmetto Real Estate and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again if or when we decide to purchase a new home.

Janet is a really nice lady but apparently she needs help because the owner seems to think that waiting two weeks to complete a 2 minute task is perfectly acceptable especially since he manages 105 properties. Very poor communication and zero urgency to get simple task done.

If you only have one property you'd do better to just manage it yourself because if you become property 106 you might never get a returned call and updates will only be received after you harass poor Janet several times.

I purchased a home a month ago. It took me months to find the perfect home because houses were being bought fast!! Susann Ravenel always updated me right away everytime there was a new house on the market she knew I would love. She would even bring the contract prepared just in case so we could move fast on it. She kept me motivated throughout the whole process. In moments where I wanted to just take a break from the whole process. I was able to experience a weekend with my sisters staying in one of their many AirBNB’s ( short rentals) and the home was was warm welcoming and comfortable and the location was close to all of the activities we planned for that weekend. As a low country native, I will say this home displayed true Charleston charm. I highly recommend their short rentals for a relaxing getaway in Charleston.
