Working with Willy Escobar at Elite Mortgage Group was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We came across him through Instagram and shared some mutual connections, which initially gave us a sense of trust. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced.

From start to finish, Willy was dishonest, unprofessional, and manipulative. He frequently misled us, repeatedly asked for more money, and became unresponsive when we urgently needed to lock in our rate. As a result, we ended up with a much higher interest rate than we could have gotten elsewhere. He also pushed us into paying for unnecessary points, creating additional costs and delays.

Despite both my spouse and I having steady government jobs and providing all the required documentation, Willy made the process unnecessarily complex, causing stress and frustration at every turn. His lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable, especially for such an important transaction.

Willy Escobar is someone I strongly advise others to avoid. His behavior was self-serving, dismissive, and completely untrustworthy. If you’re considering Elite Mortgage Group, save yourself the headache and find someone reputable.

Albert Preciado is a incredible leader for the company and in business in my personal opinion. Im always inspired on how much he pushes the envelope. I just did a Refinance with them and my experience was awesome. Melissa Barajas was my lender and she was the most profesional, responsible, attentive, caring, and sweetest person i have ever met. She went above and beyond on answering all of our questions at any time of the day or night. She also explained everything so in depth and she speaks spanish too which is always a plus. Totally Recommend her she's the best!!!
