My wife and I were referred to Katherine by our old neighbors. They told us how helpful she was in finding a home for their new family. Our first meeting really set the tone. We went by her office with our young child and she sat down with us and asked what we were looking for. No pressure. Just an easy conversation about how we were feeling in the beginning of our house-hunting journey. She was patient and listened and by the end we felt pretty good.
