Absolutely garbage place to live. If they don't feel like fixing something they just mark your service request complete without fixing anything. Stove went unrepaired for a month. Dishwasher has been broken for a month now. The laundry room washers leak water which causes mold issues and floods the apartment next to it. People let their dogs poop on the sidewalks around the pools. Garbage always strewn around dumpsters and parking lot. Management is an absolute joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Read the reviews thoroughly on yelp. This place may be cheaper than most places in solana but a horrible place to live.

I cannot express how frustrated and angry I am with Elan Solana Pointe, especially with the property manager, German. This place is a nightmare, and he is absolutely a joke of a property manager.

We recently moved out, and during our walk-through, German assured us that there was nothing to fix or clean before we left. He told us everything was fine and we were good to go. But, surprise, a few weeks later, we received a notice that they were withholding our ENTIRE security deposit because of alleged "pet urine" and "cleaning issues." Let me be clear—our dog is fully trained and has NEVER had an accident in the apartment. If German had noticed any odor or issues during our walk-through, he would have mentioned it, right? But he didn't. Instead, he conveniently waited until after we moved out to pull this stunt.

What’s worse is that we professionally cleaned the carpets multiple times during our stay. I'm absolutely OCD about cleaning (especially because my allergies to pet hair are so bad), so there's no way there was a significant issue with the cleanliness of the apartment. For him to claim otherwise is a flat-out lie.

In the end, we took action and filed a lawsuit to get our security deposit back. And guess what? to no surprise, Elana Solana Pointe did not respond to any of our allegations and decided to settle (since they were obviously in the wrong), and we received every single penny of our security deposit back.

Please, do yourself a favor and read the reviews before considering moving here. German's shady tactics and poor management are clearly a pattern, and I wouldn't trust this place or him to manage a doghouse, let alone an apartment complex. There are far better, more honest options out there. Elan Solana Pointe should be avoided at all costs.

I do not recommend living here. Management is not helpful.
Laundry room is a mess. Machines rarely ever work and the prices continue to go up.
The water for the entire complex is regularly shut off for a whole day.
The cabinets in the apartments are falling apart. Management won’t fix them. We have had mice over the last few years too.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet considering the amount of construction going on.

This is the worst place I ever rented...... Don't move here no manager support, broken washer and dryers everyday,trash and furniture on the grounds. Someone tires got slash this weekend. Living in the hood we better then this
