Do not ever, do business with Pat Bullard. Where purchasing a home is already stressful enough, she will make sure you have the worst time of your life while doing it. First, she agreed to early occupancy, then wanted to charge us nightly afterwards. To then coming to the home and invading the privacy while we are here and proceed to harass the party who was here. To then, changing her agreed offer the day of closing, causing us to push it back even further. To then writing us a letter AFTER the close, sent to our new home, ensuring us of the warranty she provided on a brand new constructed home, is no longer valid, after she snuck a paper in the closing packet about pulling the warranty (shame on us for not catching that slick move)
From start to end, has been by far the worst experience one could endure and I hope no one goes down the same path as I have.
