Apartments are beautiful and in a great location. The leasing office, hallways, courtyards, and green space are all on par with what you would expect with a luxury complex. Ultimately, I was turned off by the communication and level of consideration in the application process. I had to follow up individually over four times, and was ultimately not given courtesy of the status that the unit I was interested in was no longer available. I decided to go with a neighboring community whose communication was considerate, reliable, and forthcoming.

I moved into the property in December 2024. Unfortunately, the moving experience was poor—the apartment was dirty, and the elevator was out of service for approximately 13 days.

While the premises initially became peaceful and pleasant, the situation changed drastically about three weeks ago when our next-door neighbors began hosting social gatherings on weekdays with loud music playing until 3:00–4:00 a.m. nearly every night. (without exaggeration).

We contacted the police, but after their visits, the neighbors retaliated by banging on the shared wall throughout the morning and even turning up the music volume.

Despite filing many complaints with the assistant manager, two weeks later, the issue persists. I am not exaggerating the disturbance—there is constant loud music, screaming, and cursing (the male neighbor frequently yelling at the female), all of which I have documented through recordings.

Even with substantial evidence, including police reports, upper management claimed that "both parties have valid points." I struggle to understand how such a conclusion could be drawn.

Is their position that I am overly sensitive to disturbances between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., despite the clear proof of the noise and aggression?

I am left wondering if the neighbor’s behavior continues unchecked because of a potential friendship with lower-level management.
This situation has caused me extreme regret about moving here. I strongly believe the property should conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants to avoid disruptive residents who show a lack of respect for their community.

Additionally, the issue might be exacerbated by inadequate wall insulation within the property. In hindsight, I regret requesting a 15-month lease instead of 12 months.

To make matters worse, the property manager has yet to contact me. When I tried visiting the office to discuss the matter with the assistant manager, she dismissed me outright, stating she was busy, without even offering a proper greeting.

It is incredibly frustrating to endure such persistent disturbances and, on top of that, to feel unfairly treated as the problem in this situation.

That said, I would like to acknowledge one positive aspect of the property—the maintenance staff are outstanding. They are helpful, prompt, and consistently respectful.

I recently moved into this apartment community, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I could tell this place was special. The community here is absolutely amazing—neighbors are friendly, welcoming, and create such a positive atmosphere. It truly feels like a tight-knit family.

The office staff deserves a special shoutout because they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued. A huge thank you to Tyler, in particular, for taking care of every detail and making my move-in process flawless. Tyler’s attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a difference and made me feel right at home from day one.

The quality of the apartment itself is outstanding. Everything feels top of the line, from the modern finishes to the thoughtful design. It’s clear that no corners were cut in creating a space that feels luxurious and comfortable.

Since moving in, my quality of life has improved tenfold. I feel at peace, connected, and genuinely happy here. If you're looking for a place that offers not just a home but an incredible community, this is it! Highly recommend!

This is my fiancé and I’s first apartment with our dog. The staff here are all so friendly. The maintenance team is so reliable and will help whenever needed. The interior is so nice and we can hardly hear our neighbors. Beautiful common areas outside and a great place for pets.

We moved into this beautiful community back on Dec 2024, and we were very happy at the beginning until we face reality, our new unit was dirty, elevator didn't work properly, we asked for help to get instructions on how to use another elevator but the front desk leasing Agent don't even stand up from her seat to even walk us over the elevator that was working, we are experienced the worst customer service ever,

Dj was sweet at the beginning to us and my husband but once she gets busier she said that cant take care of us at the time,

I believe a true leader and manager could take a different approach, please take a seat give me a moment And i will be right with you, say good morning, I have appointment but lets meet and schedule a meet up.

Now we are dealing with a new next door neighborh that are making parties every single day, have people over, music is loud, they have been fighting and argument loudly starting from 12:00am until 5:00am in the morning,

We have been very respectful to everyone towards neighborh and leasing management. We have done what a decent person should do, calling the police to help us handling the issue.

I feel very disappointed, and mistreated from Leasing Agency and neighborh. The next door neighborh came to bagging our door which is something she also does to the walls that we shared.

We do have all evidence of the incidents and no action has been taken.
It looks like the neighborh is confidence that nothing will happen I wonder why?!

After all the aggressiveness that the neighborh had showed we don't know what could happen next.

We toured the Eden @ Lakeview in January of 2025 with Kristin. I had messed up the scheduling online and unknowingly showed up without an appt, but Kristin was extremely accommodating and gave us a wonderful tour. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and walking us through the application process with ease. Her professionalism and kindness made the decision to live here a no-brainer. Thanks, Kristin!

The property is extremely well-kept and clean. Brand new apartments with hardwood throughout. Amazing amenities including valet trash (win) and gas stovetops (double win). We are counting down the days until we get to move in!

They spent too much money on the pretty, shiny things and not enough to make the insulation better. The walls and floors are extremely thin and people don’t obey the “Quiet Hours.” A few weeks ago, a woman was roaming the halls at 6am shouting a prayer, as if she was trying to chase demons out. We’ll also be submitting a third noise complaint to our upstairs neighbors who continue to stomp on the floors at all (Quiet Hours) of the night, making it difficult to get decent sleep here. If I had a spare two grand to get out of the lease early, I wouldn’t think twice about it. I like the gym and that’s what the one star is going towards.

I would like to start off by saying this property is beautiful. Kristin was very helpful, detailed, and super sweet along the tour! Tyler has also been a huge help with answering any questions I’ve had along the way. Since I’ve moved in the experience has been phenomenal. Highly recommended!!
