My boys and I moved in this past weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The management is absolutely phenomenal…we got a welcome gift with a sweet welcome home keychain, some toiletries, and a few informational flyers. We were welcomed immediately to the community.

Both ladies in the office were super nice. Amber took me on the tour, she answered all my questions and was quite helpful and friendly. I would love to live in those apartments, they are quite, clean and I love the location. Thank you ladies!!!!

too many nosey neighbors that don't know how to mind their business. can't even move COUCHES in peace without being told on as if I'm back in high school. Landlords doesn't know the lease themselves yet will tell you something is in the lease just to get you out of their face. there's constant stealing of packages left at your door. I've been here 8 years, seen a lot of landlords come and go, but the current two here, especially the skinny chick( think her name is Amber) are the worse. until they're gone, i wouldn't recommend anyone move to these outdated, unnecessarily high rent apartments. trust me, you can do far better at a better price

Good neighbors, police and deputies living on-site. Responsive maintenance. One thing that gets old are the threatening mass text messages sent from the on-site management about towing cars and such. I understand that they have a job to do, but you don’t need to act like a prison warden to folks just trying live and get by. There are better ways to communicate. If it wasn’t for that, four stars out of five.

About a week ago I went to look at apartments and I was helped by Amber. She was very informative and answered all my questions. She made sure that I was fully informed about all the amenities that the apartment complex has to offer. I definitely will be going back and recommending this apartment complex. The customer service was amazing and I felt at home just viewing the property.
