I just purchased a used VW Atlas from Matt Reed at Murdoch Superstores in Lavonia. I took some time and looked around at other dealerships and couldn’t shake that feeling that I was just a potential sale. Matt made me feel like I mattered and within 10 minutes had shown me the vehicle I ended up buying. There are plenty of places that will sell you a car but not many that are looking to make you a lifelong customer which is what I will be. He listened to my wants and showed me what he thought I weighed be interested in based on what I said not based on what he wanted to sell me. It’s personalized and excellent customer service that made this possible. The purchasing process is intimidating to a lot of period but to be honest after we reached a price that was mutually beneficial, the financing department found me a great interest rate and had me ready to go in no time at all. The process was so easy and smooth I will never use another dealership.

My husband and I have used this dealership to buy his past two trucks and have any service completed. Let’s just say we had a mistake take place with my car during an oil change. Not only did they fix the mistake but I was place in loaner car and they delivered my car to me almost five hours away since we recently moved.

Thank y'all again....The Brewers....UPDATE: in March of 2020 we brought our Chrysler Pacifica in for service / maintenance. My wife was wanting to look at the new Ford Edges to debate trading in. We were approached by Shane Hopper on the lot who was very laid-back and informative. We ended up purchasing a new Edge titanium. My wife and I absolutely fell in love with them on the test drives we took. We told Shane we hadn't got lunch yet and he told us to go on ahead and go get lunch in one of the new vehicles and he'll see us when we're done. It was an absolute pleasure working with Shane and Matthew Murdock on purchasing our new vehicle. The sales process they Implement is very simple. Not to mention they have all new state-of-the-art service equipment, a nice customer Lounge with free water, coffee, snack machines etc. Once again Richard (shop mgr.) and Kristen the service advisor we're very cool, laid back, and made you feel like family or at least a valued customer! This is a family-based/country dealership that we have bought our second vehicle from now and we'll be returning in the future! Thanks again y'all!!!
