I drove 3 hours to buy a car these guys had that I liked. Graham was kind, easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. They gave me what I needed for my trade and several discounts/ rebates. The seat had a scuff on the leather. The owner came out to look at it. We are currently in the process of getting a new cover for that seat. The owner is making sure that the process is easy and hassle free for me. I honestly can't thank these guys enough! I was traveling through the area with my family, pulling a travel trailer and started having transmission problems. I called and spoke with Brad in service, he had me bring the truck in first thing the next morning and they went to work. Long story short, they were able to replace the transmission, expediting the warranty process through Ford, and got us back on the road several days sooner than originally expected! Brad was fantastic, always professional and helpful, and communicating with me throughout. Our family owes him and the service team that worked on our truck! Thanks guys!!
