If I could give zero stars I would!!!! I have been leasing a car with these crooks for 2.5 years and I was recently in a car accident and the car was deemed a total loss… my insurance company sent them a check for well over the remaining balance of my lease and they are trying to take more money than what they are owed for it! Not only that but over these years their precious financial manager has hung up on me at least 6 times when you question her about anything and it is very unprofessional!! This morning I asked to speak to an owner of easy auto leasing to verify everything and have him hold his employees accountable for their disgrace in customer service and he told me he realizes the reason I was hung up on yesterday!!! Talk about unprofessional and a disgrace of a business!!! I hope they get reported to the BBB and get shut down for stealing from their customers! They are crooks!!!

They also approved me for a loan to buy a car at a time when your going through a difficult financial situation from Shannon motors who sold me a car that has issues with the engine. Shannon motors cheated me out of my deposit that I put down. They had me sign a contract that says 0.00 down and that’s a lie i have receipts of the down payment I made. Worst company ever! Day 2 with the car it turned off on me I brought it back for service and still the same problem after they stole my down payment!

Shannon Motors and this Leasing company is totally screwing me. They approved a loan for me for a vehicle, but they put it thru as a lease!?!?!? They are making me pay almost $20,000 in 3 years for a vehicle worth less than $3,000. Than after I pay them all that money, I can than buy it for $3,000. I've contacted a lawyer. I have proof I went in for a loan to purchase a car
I did not lease a used car with over 100,000 miles on it!! I've called consumer affairs too.

They are approved for the supposed loan to buy a car at a time when you may be going through a difficult financial situation from Shannon motors who sold me a car and used that company to tell me what a lease is I have felt so cheated It is an abuse that is committed through this company
