Rude staff desperate to find a property so checked out property myself to speed things up. Live in Palmdale area care for a sister with Dementia so have to do things when care giver is here. But staff was uncooperative and quite rude on phone. Left text message and tried several times calling. Don’t open till 10 and no supervisor to help . I lost 2 other properties wasting time with staff I drove down 11/2 drive to check out 4 properties and decided on this one but if I have to deal with office I won’t ever again.

They take too long. It doesnt take 7 days to run someone credit and contact the owner. No wonder their houses are listed for months. Aside from that they are closed on weekends and always closing early. Go somewhere else .

After renting from them for several years, I must say it’s been a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone in the office is super friendly and approachable. When I moved in everything was so clean, and when I left.. I also left it clean and as promised received my security deposit. Whenever I had an issue (rare) big or small it was resolved in a reasonable time frame and I appreciated that. East Valley is a great property rental company and they remained professional throughout the entire contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental or for any property management!

East Valley Property Management was by far the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Brittany and Misty were so kind to my roommates and I and were so helpful in getting me the apartment I wanted when I didn’t have much rental history. The service requests were always very flexible in scheduling around my jobs and were always done within a very short time after calling anything in. All in all, a great renting experience! I have had only positive experiences in all my dealings over the years with East Valley Property Management. Rick and Brittany, in particular, have always been friendly, professional, and very responsive to all my questions, requests and needs. In my years as a landlord, I have dealt with some nightmare tenants and I am grateful for such excellent property managers who resolve all of the problems with tenants, so landlords don't have to. East Valley PM have been managing my property since 2010. I've been very happy with the service they've provided all these years. The excellent condition of my property reflects the work that EVPM does in finding the right people to rent out to as well as on time maintenance as needed. They are also quick to attend to any issues that arise with tenants or from my side. I've primarily worked with Brittany during this time.
