The proprety manager is absolutely is dishonest and decieveing to the residents here at pelham Place which I am very concern about how safe it is for the furtue resident coming to live here al the tricks and deceptions . My experience has been shattering ,we are not from South Carolina but from Florida my Husband and I are missionary. We though that Pelham south would be one of the places would be home away from home however it has not. due to the dishonesty , deception the cover up of Pelham south manager April until July
I have been inconvient , the problems my guest bathroom water pipes draning system broke, mold on the walls, faucets wouldn't shut off water running for 4 days . told not use the bathrom because of problems and not washing our clothes the manager and maintance told us that they have wait on the plummer and the plummer they have to wait on the maintance to do there job in which I over heard the Supervior they said we can wait because the manager said they have to save money just get the poeple in .we will fix it later
This concern me because I am about people , Families I would not want anyone to go thur what we have experience as of today I have another issue with my apartment I made several work order last night about my washing machine drain pipe is leaking water from the wall, this morning i see on my work order that it is completed not so . how many.times do we have go thur the circus acts. Our intention is to help everywhere we go to show love and peace. Just looking at the complaints they saying the same complaints there must be time to shift for a change . I know you are a business but honesty and fairiness is great in God sight and maybe you Owners need to start new, sometimes God wants to bring incease but the old must move so the flood of blessing come I asked for your number was told they did not have it, now I am writting a reveiw

Absolutely the WORST Property Management Company I’ve ever encountered. The staff at Pelham Place South had to have been hired from the circus. They are incompetent, inept and dishonest. They don’t care about the safety or quality of living of the residents at all. They are all about the money. People are constantly moving out. Management doesn’t follow up, nor do they keep their word. Work orders are either not done, done late or done incorrectly. They don’t keep up with the maintenance of the property. I have to call and request that the bushes get trimmed in my area or they won’t do it. They sent out emails stating that they would be installing new washers and dryers a couple of months ago. I thought, ok maybe they will make improvements and positive changes. The washers and dryers are old and have not been cleaned out in a long time, so I was excited about the new washers and dryers. Guess what? They never updated them. They lied as usual. They don’t respond to emails or voicemails either. Their job is to get people moved in and that’s it! Problem is they can’t keep people living here. They change staff constantly and they make it stressful and not enjoyable to live here. I am working hard to get out of here. It’s taking me longer because I want to purchase a house. Living here has shown me that I NEVER want to do apartment living again after this experience. The owner(s ) should be ashamed of themselves! Don’t move here!!! There are far better apartment communities in Greenville that have much more to offer. Pelham Place South ain’t it!

The managers and leasing Agents at Pelham place South & North are unprofessional dishonest people who do not have a clue to what they are doing.My wife and I have been here since the property
Was called Midtown Pelham, they hire cheap labor workers that do a horrible job at repairing you can never get a straight answer nor do they answer the phones. We are highly displeased with how things are handled and wish we never moved here. There needs to be a serious change with the staff All around!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! My apartment flooded and ceiling collapsed on December 24th, 2022 (which I haven’t physically stayed there since December 23, 2022) and I have been given the absolute run around about everything! I have not been even told a simple “I’m sorry what can be done to help this be easier for you and your family” instead I’ve been asked for rent and everything else under the Sun. Also someone they hired is caught on my cameras going through my personal belongings and I was gaslight about that also and wasn’t given the name of the company of employee. No one will return my calls or reach out to me! I’ve called this company and left a message! I’ve been displaced since 12/23/22 and you’d think they’d be footing the bill but of course not! The workers who they have hired have been using my power along with leaving food and drinking in my apartment, granted I’m not living there but it doesn’t mean trash it while I’m in the process of sorting out this mess.

Had bug problems that was not eliminated after several tries. Heating and air unit never work properly, living room floor always soping wet from the unit. I moved at the end of my lease with legal notice. My deposit of one month rental fee has not been returned to date.
