Is this how you treat your residents equally?

1) You took most of my deposit for the final touch the cleaners would even not require after move-out. I write this honestly (and take the oath of God) that I had left nothing uncleaned. The carpet I was handed (during move-in) was dirty, and I even requested for replacement, you just ignored it and did nothing. Upon move-out, I made it cleaner than what I was handed to.

Lesson: Do not spend time cleaning the carpet after move-out. Eventually, your deposit will be taken whether or not you clean it.

2) I lived at apartment number 800. I noticed that water in the apartment comes with black specks and some other contaminants. These contaminants are seriously harmful to residents health, and if drank the pregnant ladies and children can have serious health effects. When it falls in your bathtub (which is white), it sticks to it and it may be difficult to clean it using normal cleaners. Why do you not take this seriously although this has been complained

Lesson: Management not at all serious towards residents health. They are deceiving towards resident's health by supplying unhealthy water.

3) You have advertisements on resident referrals beside the road(s) in the apartment area. The resident I referred moved to your apartment at the start of the year. The referral amount was not automatically applied. I made several requests and you responded that it would be coming. I moved out (it's almost two months now). I never received. Are you liars?

Your Principle: You collect money with extra penalties if that has to be taken from residents. But, if that has to be returned with care (like deposit or referral), you don't care. The above is an example.

4) You have a hilarious rule - married couple have to leave the apartment if they decide to give birth to a child and if his/her birth exceeds the occupancy limit. That's what I was told.

I suffered a lot of mental pressures from the management during the 9 month stay.

This rule only exists in this apartment. And, (to my knowledge) it was only applied to me. There are many people not following this rule. The management only saw us. Are you being bribed from other tenants and not applying the same to them?

Lesson: If you are married or getting married or already married, the management may kick you out in case you give birth to a child and if that exceeds the occupancy limit they listed.

5) Do you work with bribes? You allow pets for some residents and penalty for others. You give 15 days notice to leave the apartment and go elsewhere when your resident pleads for carpet replacement. You utilize resident difficult situation(s) as a perfect situation to gain business.
How does that satisfy you living as a human being?

Lesson: The management is no different than ROBOTS which can only understand rules/commands (where the output must be money without humanity) and nothing else.

You are really unfair to residents. You don't even treat them like human beings. You treat them rudely at the office (and this is reflected in your responses to reviews as well!). On 26 Dec 2022, the old lady (I later knew her name was Cindy) mistreated us at the management office. The delivery guy for some reason delivered one of the packages for my baby which was urgently needed (and it was urgently needed before the New Year holiday started) at their office. She was not happy about getting it delivered to their office. The delivery was not my fault as their mailbox can only hold small-sized items. I had to make several requests to get the package back but those did not come without any return of any words from her.

Unfortunately, there are only rules the residents should follow when somebody signs their lease. I wish there were rules that work for either side to sue them and end this unfairness/racism.
