Slum lords! We rented a house in brainerd years ago with this property management group. The house had a roof leak that turned to black mold it was never fixed. The garage door broke and was never fixed. The garage was only usable for 2 months out of our entire year long stay.
Looks like they’re getting good at paying for 5 star reviews. Stay weary of this company they’ll tell u what you wanna hear just to get you in a house then leave you high and dry to deal with issues they are responsible for.

These people have really went above and beyond for me. The staff is amazing all around. If you have an issue, it’s quickly and carefully resolved. I’ve been in 2 separate homes with them and loved them both! You can’t go wrong with their properties. I’m truly thankful for them as they’ve always kept me a happy tenant! Shoutout to Amy and Andy for taking care of me when I call or come in, you two have made my experience with your team wonderful.

Me and my mom have lived at the chatsworth apts for almost two years and Marybeth was sooo amazing when we got started and she really cares about the tenants and gets to know us and helps out in anyway she can she has made this place so peaceful and such a wonderful place to call home !!! Well my wife and father n law first started renting at 1103 Logan ave and the staff at eagle property were nice at first but things took a turn super quick the maintenance guys that work for them literally lied on my husband saying he said something that he didn't and then things got way worse after that the drain line for the washing machine clogged up took them over a week to come out to fix it and it didn't get fixed till the 3rd or 4th and during that the fridge started acting up and of course they said it's fixed but it wasn't so after about 85 dollars in wasted spoiled food they brought a replacement that was covered in black mold and even rocky the main guy said wow they were supposed to have cleaned that and that was it but after all that things were OK until the dishwasher started leaking and it was a huge mess put in a maintenance request and it was 2 weeks and no one ever showed up but the leak kinda stopped leaking but then it was so bad that we just had to stop using the dishwasher and then the maintenance guys came out said it was a bad pump and they would be back to replace it or put in a new dishwasher well 3 months passed by and nothing but thankfully we are passed ltheease and luckily didn't renew it and we moved out but if I could recommend anything to anyone reading this don't rent from eagle property especially at 1103 Logan ave it's nothing more than a terd with a pretty bow on it

My personal experience with this company was absolutely AMAZING!!! Christy was very professional, down to earth and fun. She was extremely helpful even when things got difficult she brought in Sonia, which was phenomenal, and they got my friend taken care of. I would highly recommend using them and I would refer any other family/friend of mine to them. Thank you ladies for making this such a simply, stress free experience.
