UPDATE: Did a refinance with Scott and Allison on my condo I purchased with them a few years back. He reached out on his own letting me know I could refinance for a lower rate. I was very busy with work during this time and was not the best about getting things back to him in a timely manner, but was always super patient and helpful. Highly recommend. Many relatives in our family have used them as well.

PREVIOUS:Cannot speak highly enough. Scott and his wife make a great team. From the very first phone call to the signing of the papers, he made everything for a first-time homebuyer very clear and understandable. Was available all hours of the day and never had anything less than a cheery and helpful attitude. They took so much unnecessary stress out of the process. But not only that, they were able to get me a great interest rate and very affordable closing. They look out for your interest first and foremost and you feel it.
