From what I saw, the area is clean, people were attending to the children playing outside. What liked the most was the lack of loud Audio (boom, boom,boom) forms card as they drove in the neighborhood. You can visit with a friend without all of the loud musIc playing outside. Criticize me if you must. I was nice to visit a friend with all the loud music booming so loud that you can't sit outside a have good conversation. You would be surprised. With that being said, I enjoyed my visit. Thanks

We have lived in Eagle Creek for 11 years. We have been made a lot of promises throughout the time of everyone buying and selling this park over and over again. At one point I had to get in touch with code enforcement because my floors were literally falling apart. This new company has kept us updated with everything going on, They answer their phones, and it really seems like they care. I really hope it stays like this because this place could be great. Congratulations on your new property. I can’t wait to see what y’all do to the place! 😊(Side note the speed bumps are horrible)

Office management is very unreliable. I have been waiting for them to contact me regarding how much I owe for my home. And they have not contacted me. They just push it off. The trees near my home has become a problem, told management as well. Nothing to solve the problem. Cats everywhere! Dogs leaving their waste everywhere and owners not picking it up.

There Building up here it's under Construction. But; very all it's a great place to live it's quite and safe.
Maintenance is a little slow but they get the job done. The Manager; s the sweetest Ms Mary and she keeps the office so clean and professional put in your work order and the job gets done.

The property was definitely neglected for several years, but the new Management team has been hard at work and Eagle Creek has undergone some serious changes over the last 12 months!

There is a full-time on-site management and maintenance team, the roads have been repaved, new signage has been installed, security cameras are up, new homes have been brought in, and older homes have been completely gut-renovated.

Today, this is a safe and well-maintained community that many families and hard-working Americans are proud to call home!

I have no complaint about the area or the neighbors. I've lived there for some months and no problems so far. They come and correct any issues I may have with the mobile home in a timely fashion. The only problem I had in the beginning was getting use to the closeness of the homes and being able to hear the neighbors at times.

I gave them a 2* rating because at least the property isn't hood. From what I heard previously this used to be a dangerous area to live. I have been here two weeks and my only complaint is the trailer they put my family in. With the issues I found the 'Head Maintenance guy Jeff told me that its a used trailer and insinuated that I shouldn't expect great quality. There are problems from staples stabbing me and my family in the foot because they weren't removed to shower curtains not staying up because they arent properly secured to the toilet not flushing and more. Section 8 would take their voucher program away from this property if they knew about the foolishness and lack of safety in this home alone.
My partner and i applied for the newer trailer that was moved onto the property but because they didn't feel we could afford it monthly they put us in this patchwork job trailer where we are constantly fixing the issues we find because the property managers don't respond to calls, texts nor emails more than 80% of the time and for all of this I have proof. If you decide to move out here and you move into a 'used' trailer please please walk the corners, and pay attention to EVERYTHING because the upgrades are just bandages. And if you find problems don't let it go. Take pictures and send emails. Even if they don't respond you will have a paper trail upon move out.

EDIT** IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER. THAT IS ALL LIES. I UNDERSTAND YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD BUT I HAVE SCREENSHOTS. PLEASE TREAT YOUR TENANTS BETTER, AS WE MOVED IN JUNE 12 AND HAVE VACATED THE PROPERTY NOW NOV 7 BECAUSE OUR TRAILER IS UNSAFE FOR OUR CHILDREN.

Been living here for almost a year. Never had any bad experiences, people are nice and neighborly. Do need to get rid of some the speed bumps and fill in pot holes within the community
