Since ive been a tenant here, my landlord Denise has gone above and beyond for me and my family. She has such a good heart & kindess and I love that equity management gave her the opportunity to be there to be a landlord. She takes great care of her tenants and as well as any problems. We hope she stays our landlord for as long as we rent here 😊😊

I feel so fortunate to have been a tenant and reside under E Reality Management. The manager was quick to meet our property needs, concerns, and maintenance requests. She was always very professional and polite when communicating with us while residing in the property. Also, in our departure and future endeavors the manager was understanding and compassionate to our needs as a tenants. We give two thumbs up to management!!! (Sonia)

I have not rented from these particular place but while I was there I did see quite a bit of nonsense going on problems not being taken care of promises being made that was never upheld I was told by the welfare department that that was the place to go to if you had any evictions on your record however upon arriving I guess they pick and choose who they do that for and also I was with the lady that had just applied for home her and her daughter both paid $50 a piece so it's $1 in total just a week before we were there that day and told her that they do not count welfare as income not only that but had no idea where her $100 was that it was as if she was never there just a week prior .
