Staff is nice but will lie to get a property rented. I can't use my fireplace. Took 4 months to fix windows. Toilet has been running for a few seconds on it's own at least every hour for 6 weeks. Apparently it is up to the owner of the property, who is not the same as the rental company, to decide what and when to repair. Luckily it only took 2 weeks to get my microwave replaced when it died suddenly. Mike is a capable and efficient repair tech.

This was my third time selling/purchasing a home and it was by far the worst experience me and my wife have ever been through. We listed our home with Bill Dunlap of The Dunlap Team Real Estate after we spoke with him, and he texted me the next day asking me, What would it take to earn our business and listing. Our home was listed very poorly and didn't even list all the collective selling features of the house until I contacted the agent and re-listed the home with new pictures and details. Our agent never provided one lick of advice on asking prices and even mentioned selling our home for 15k below what we sold it for because another home sold for that price in the neighborhood which was not even comparable. Our listing pictures were taken with a cell phone a day before a hurricane was coming through the area. We never once received feedback concerning our showings unless we called the agent, which after the third showing felt like we were an inconvenience to the listing agent by calling and asking for feedback. We asked the agent to reduce the inspection period to 5 days before signing the agreement, which we were advised not to do because it was impossible to have anyone scheduled in that time frame. Our agent never asked the buyer their intentions, and turns out our buyer waived their right to inspection, so we wasted another 2 weeks waiting on inspections that were never going to happen. I also received a 20min. phone call lecture from my listing agent one morning talking to me like I was a child in a very rude, unprofessional, and condescending manner about my purchasing agent in another state had called him and was questioning his business and work ethics. A two-week extension was placed on our contract as well that we were not happy with. The mortgage company didn't even send the loan documents to USDA until the date of our original closing, which delayed our closing over a week. We had to ask for two extensions and almost lost our new house because of this. We also had to send our moving truck and home goods to storage for 1 day because of our home closing delays and come out of pocket $10,517 to pay our driver. Then we had to rent a UHAUL and move everything again across town after we had already paid to have everything moved in our home, unpacked, and put together. I never even received a call or text from our agent telling me anything about our closing when it finally did happen, or even after we closed that he appreciated our business or his $5,000 3% commission check for doing absolutely nothing more than filling out a few pre-filled forms and responding to a few emails, and phone calls.
