Joy Millar and her team are absolutely FANTASTIC! My mother recently sold her house on Seabrook and Joy went above and beyond in the service she provided. Her expertise, her kindness, her persistence, her honesty, and her absolutely genuine humanity were more than I could have ever hoped for. She truly represented my mother and her interests from start to finish. Joy provided excellent recommendations and guidance. She was very approachable, very flexible, and very experienced. My mother was able to execute the sale remotely only because she had full trust and faith in Joy. My wife and I recently worked with Joy Millar of Dunes Properties-Kiawah Seabrook in our search for a retirement home on Seabrook Island. Working with Joy was the highlight of our home buying experience. As the search began, we quickly realized that it was going to be a competitive market for buyers as so few homes were available. Joy was encouraging and persistent with helping us find the perfect property. From contract to closing, her pleasant and extremely professional manner was on full display as she was our calm navigator through the entire process. Joy was and remains responsive to our calls and questions.
