They take your money and that’s it. They never came and fixed any of our issues in four years. Had the owner of the house do an inspection with them and they still never fixed any issues. They put us on a month to month lease after two years so they could charge us more money. Do not give this bad management company your money!!!

I've only been renting an apartment from DPM for a few months now, and so far it's been pretty great. Any issues I've had they've jumped right on the case. Never fails to message or call me back when I need them. All the neighbors are respectful and so nice! Im happy they allowed me to rent from them. I would definitely recommend renting from Dunn Property Management, very professional, understanding, and polite people!

Read the one star reviews. I'm pretty sure everything else is a paid review. I rented from these people for four years while I was in school and they were terrible to deal with.

My family and I use to rent from Duncan Property and we were never late on rent and they didn't have any complaints from other attendees about us. Our bank account was hacked and they told us that we had until a certain day to have the rent money or they'd evict us. We ended up getting the money and was gonna pay them and then they said that they already issued the eviction papers. The papers were never put in our hands by the law or them heck we never got the paperwork, but now because of them we are having trouble getting a place. I wouldn't rent from them. We had a leak from a shower head and it was hot water and we had called them multiple times and when they finally sent someone after a month of trying to get ahold of them there was mold on the ceiling and they wouldn't get rid of it.

DO NOT RECOMEND OR HIRE THIS BUSINESS- Let me start off by saying I'm a homeowner not a renter of theirs. I needed a front porch built on my house at the time. They start off by being reasonable & polite & saying that they are here to make you happy. But what you don't know is how deceiving, rude, unreasonable and unprofessional they are. Eddie Duncan is hateful and a liar. When you ask them to do a job, you better make sure they can do the WHOLE job and not wait till they get half way in and then tell you they can't do something like they did me. When asked would they take a small portion off the price since we was going to have to hire someone else to finish it, he was very rude in telling me no. The quality of the work is not what you pay for. These people claim to be Christians but they sure don't mind being just the opposite. I'll never recommend this business to anyone. BEWARE

I own several rental properties in the upstate, and I have used many property management companies in the past. Without question, Duncan Property Management is the best property management company that I have used. I have been with them for several years, and for the record, I was not asked to write a review.

Here are some of the reasons why they are the best. First, when they say they are going to do something, they do it. It's surprising how rare this quality is, especially with property managers. In short, they have integrity, which is the most important thing to have in a property manager. Second, they are excellent problem-solvers. In my experience, other property managers that I've used were not nearly as good at solving problems. When this happens, I had to solve the problems on my own, and that gets really old when you're paying someone to do a job. They will work with you to solve issues that may occur. Third, if something needs to get fixed, it gets fixed, and it'll get fixed quickly. They don't cut corners.

Most importantly, they have excellent customer service, and they treat tenants with courtesy, fairness, and kindness. To me, the most important thing is making sure that tenants get treated with fairness and respect. Otherwise, I will not be in business very long. So how do I know that they have great customer service? Every year, I do random, anonymous surveys with my tenants to ask them how things are going. I have about 70 tenants right now, and the level of customer satisfaction is substantially higher with Duncan Property Management than it was with any of the property managers that I have used in the past. In fact, I have had to fire several property managers because they were not treating my tenants with enough professionalism and respect or were not getting things fixed in a timely manner.

If you are a tenant who will be respectful and won't trash your property, then you will absolutely love Duncan Property Management. They will make sure that your property is in good working order, and they will treat you with respect and kindness. I have many, many satisfied tenants. Occasionally, there will be a bad tenant who doesn't pay their rent and who trashes the property. Unfortunately, these are the people who tend to write negative reviews. If the people who wrote negative reviews would think about that statement for a little bit, I believe that they would realize that it is accurate. I know that there are a lot of bad property managers out there. However, if you were to be fair, you'd recognize that Duncan Property Management is one of the best, if not the best, property managers in the upstate.

I should have looked at reviews before coming here. I waited for two weeks for someone to call me back about my application and never heard a word. It took me finally calling to ask about it for them to let me know that it had been done (who knows for how many days) but there was an issue they were having trouble with. Had they called and addressed the issue with me when it first happened I would have taken care of it. Unfortunately since they never called and just put my paperwork back in a file I lost that window of time and the house I wanted is now gone. I could call and easily fix the issue but seeing how they couldn't even take the time to call me, I am taking my money elsewhere. Besides, now reading all the reviews about how they do not come fix problems with their rentals, it’s probably a good thing I am choosing a different company!

We always paid rent on time and in full but yet they evicted us! We left the place cleaner and in better condition than when we moved in, however they still kept our deposit of $850.!!! They only seem nice when you come in to rent from them and to sign the lease then it's downhill right after you sign it!
