This is my feedback on my lease transfer experience with Duckett Wilson Development

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with Luz, the property manager at Duckett Wilson Development. As a restaurant owner, I understand that lease transfers can be complex; however, my interactions with Luz have been frustrating and counterproductive.

When I took over my lease three years ago, the process was seamless and efficient, which is why I expected a similar experience this time around. Unfortunately, the current situation has been markedly different. I submitted the necessary financial documents and menu items for review over a month ago, yet I find myself still waiting for a response.

Upon following up, I was informed that the review process would take an additional two weeks due to other applicants being prioritized ahead of me. This lack of urgency and communication is concerning and has left me feeling undervalued as a tenant. It seems that Luz is more focused on managing her own timeline rather than addressing the needs of her tenants, which gives the impression that she does not genuinely care about our concerns.

I believe that effective property management is crucial for fostering positive relationships with tenants, and I hope that my feedback encourages improvements in responsiveness and attention to tenant needs at Duckett Wilson Development.
