When there is a problem with their apartments they sent their construction guys to fix whatever problems you have. They take good care of their tenants. I don't even know where to start! First, this is our first home so I think I had some pretty high expectations and some were unrealistic! I love our home! I absolutely love how the designing team worked with us and were so patient since we were stuck in Virginia and in the middle of a pandemic. They never hesitated with sending us pictures of colors and textures. The house is not without its flaws (small cosmetic things) but I understand it will not be absolutely perfect but we are working on getting things squared away. My one problem, headache, frustration comes with the landscaping. When we did our walk through on Oct 15 there was a huge nasty muddy area near the irrigation box. It was so bad Phillip had to tell us how to use it instead of show because we could not walk over there. The area remained muddy until I called a week later and questioned whether there was a leak. JD landscaping came out and fixed the leak but it never got better. A lady from the plumbing company came out twice took pictures and was almost certain we had a leak but she made sure it wasn't with her part. She reached out to the landscaper Trey, who has avoided the situation, and let him know AGAIN. Trey and Phillip both say its groundwater but its only like that in the area of the box. Our sod was just thrown down with crazy gaps and had deep sunken in wholes where someone walked on it. I will continue to call weekly until this gets resolved. I do understand that the irrigation system is not under warranty but I do expect when I pay for a working irrigation system I don't receive one that is broken. It was broken when we got the brand new house and it is still broken! I'm going to assume that they are not going to help pay my water bill either. So in a nutshell, JD Landscaping is who I have a problem with and unfortunately that is who Dryden uses. I highly suggest they look into getting a different landscaper.
