This company leases a number of store fronts on 4th Street in Berkeley and owns the customer parking lots associated with those stores. They practice terrible customer service and building management and towed my car from the customer parking lot while I was a paying customer in their cafes/home good stores/restaurants on a weekday when the lot was half-full. I guess they would rather enforce the 3 hour parking rule (my car was towed after being parked for 4.5 hours while I was running errands in the area...aka being a customer), rather than allow consumers to support their retail shops. Its a shame because it is a nice shopping area with high end stores, but I will NOT be returning in the future.

Furthermore, all of the phone numbers/contacts listed on their site go straight to voicemail making it impossible to speak to anyone in person. I spoke to various managers of the stores leased by the company in hopes to get a contact number, and they all echoed similar complaints that it was very difficult to get in touch with the leasing company regarding issues of any matter.

This company clearly does not responsibly manage their properties in a manner to support a robust retail practice. Shame on them.

Beware of where and when you park. Towing seems to be their solution for paying customers exceeding the 3 hour limit.
