They moved because they had so many issues with irate residents they refused to service properly. Been a horror show since day 1 and seems they are up to more shenanigans. I moved out and years later found a $12,000+ debt from Dreamstone, they had apparently billed a whole year of not living there. This company has no shame in remaining unprofessional. Be careful who you choose. My upstairs neighbors dryer in outlet leaked straight into my unit, there were always electrical issues that never got fixed, and they will charge bogus late fees to get over on residents. Should be investigated for so many reasons!

Roaches. Everywhere. The apartments on Line Circle are slums. There is clearly a roach infestation in the building (1621) that they refuse to take care of, so all I can do is thank God that my lease is up. Stay far away unless you want roaches in literally every room.

If you were smart enough to look up this property management company before renting with them… Let this be a sign. Stop. Save yourself the nightmare of your water being shut off when it’s not your fault, sewage overflowing on your property with failure to cleanup, garbage overflowing from dumpsters, the rent raising over $300 a month, etc. if you desire a property management company that prioritizes communication, this is not the right company for you. When things broke, they were nowhere to be found. They canceled maintenance requests and ignored issues. Until they sold our property and incorrectly transferred over utilities, causing our water to shut off for 30 hours. By our, I mean SIXTEEN FAMILIES who live in a complex paying an average of 2k monthly. These are not poor living conditions. They are nice homes filled with nice people who are happy to be rid of this joke of a company. The past year and half renting from them has been a nightmare. I am begging you. Do better.

FINALLY!!! Hands down the best management company. The leasing process was simple and they made themselves available to view on the weekend. I read the reviews and was concerned, but there is a new team in place and I am lucky to have my new beautiful home. Its only been one month but so far so good.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I rented in April 2022 and my AC broke in May. Nobody was ever sent to fix it and me and my infant son were in 90 degree weather for a month. We have notice to vacate in June and they never corresponded with me. THEY WILL NOT CONTACT ME BACK! I have no had to hire a lawyer because they are saying I owe 7 grand since June 202 even though I gave notice to vacate. These people are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! I got a text in AUGUST that they could send an AC tech 2 months later!!!! We have not even lived there since June. I have tried for months to get these people to correspond back to me and NOTHING!!! They just keep billing me which is okay because they are being taken to court!!!!!

Nicole was very helpful it was astonishing how much she cared about getting a safe &comfortable place for my babies &i. She made me feel as though she genuinely cared about the placing of me &my babies, &assured me it was a great home. I didn't even look at the place before signing the lease. That's how comfortable she made me feel. The day I moved in is the first day I saw it, &I loved it.šŸ˜šŸ’ÆšŸ„°

On 1/8/22, I woke up to my heat blowing cold air. Since it was freezing level temperatures, I called the ā€œemergency maintenanceā€ number for assistance. Well, it’s now MARCH THIRD, and I still do not have working heat & now also no a/c!

A lady named Brigitte called me within a day or so, but she was more concerned with letting me know that my call made her have to get up early in the morning than she was about making sure my heat was working. Worse than that, when I let her know that the repair people did not fix my heat and only tried to ā€œrigā€ it to work, she took no accountability and blew it off telling me that it should eventually be fixed. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to make sure a tenant had working heat during freezing temperatures.

Over the course of the next several months, it has been a struggle to get ANYONE (Dreamstone or the vendor) to RETURN MY CALLS TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE! With the vendor, someone will always text me (again, nobody actually calls or returns calls) to tell me that they will be there on a specific day at a specific time but they won’t show up and won’t respond to any other texts. I was advised there was a supply chain issue with the new unit…..but the unit has already been delivered to me. I also had to request for them to provide heaters but the repair vendor took then back. When I called Dreamstone and spoke to the receptionist person, they contacted someone else who kept saying the issue was with waiting on the unit….and that person refused to speak with me….SMH! Oh & when I asked for any email or contact information for a complaint, I was told there is nobody for me to contact. I know the staff changed towards the end of 2020 and it has NOT been a good change. I miss my old leasing mgr. She was ALWAYS responsive, proactive and made sure to follow up on issues. I have been a resident since 2017 and did not have to wait months for maintenance resolution with my previous leasing mgr.

So now, we are transitioning into spring and not only do I not have working heat, but now I also do not have working air conditioning. I can’t get things fixed, but I bet they expect their rent on time! Since I cannot seem to get a timely response from anyone, I figured that I should post this Google review. These people are the worst and I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible Dreamstone is!

This is the grimiest management company I've ever seen. Haven't been here a whole year and they're selling the property. They claim they emailed me a 60 day notice in March, which I NEVER received. I wasn't made aware of the situation until June when I was advised that they were refusing to accept my rent money because they want me to move. Then, since I was not able to find a place in less than 30 days, they file to evict me for not paying the rent that they refused to accept. Run! Not to mention they have over 3k in security deposits from me that I was told I couldn't get back because I didn't clean the gutters that weren't even cleaned when I moved in. When I moved in the house looked abandoned. These people are crooks.
