Melissa Dover helped us find our first house sixteen years ago when we were young newlyweds, new to town. Buying a house is a huge purchase. It is imperative that you find a realtor that is knowledgeable, and will walk beside you for the entire process. You get far more than you realize when you go with Dover Realty. They have the experience, knowledge, and most importantly they have passion for realty. We kept in touch through the years, so naturally when we decided to relocate closer to our family, about four hours away, she was my first call! She was a life saver when it came to selling the home, she helped us find sixteen years ago! Since I do not live in Georgia, Mr. Pamplin arranged the appropriate workers to make repairs to prepare my home for sale. He even provided his own dehumidifiers for my basement.
