By far, the most caring, attentive, and amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of working with!! They treat all of their clients like family. Marlene and her team of agents and staff give everyone the personal attention needed to find THE best home for you to purchase. They will do everything possible to make sure that you know every step of the buying and selling process.

We used Marlene as our buyer's agent when we moved here from NC. As out-of-state buyers, we were not able to be present for much of the process. Marlene handled everything for us and kept in contact often! She was always available to answer any questions we had.

Now that we are selling our house, we rehired Marlene as our broker/agent. She helped us and gave advise for preparing the house for listing. She hired the best Real Estate photographer to showcase our house and the hard work we've put into it. It has been on the market for under 24hrs and we have already received a showing request!!!

I cannot recommend them enough. From day 1 Marlene and Alyssa were truly incredible. My wife and I were dreading the thought of going through the house buying process. Marlene made it as seamless as possible and took so much stress off of us. I am very critical of who I worked with in these kind of situations. My wife and I called a handful of realtors before we found Douglas-Lane, all of which didn’t seem interested in helping us. Marlene and Alyssa were genuinely interested in us and our situation from the beginning.

If you are looking to purchase a house in this area, then look no further. I assure you, you will not find a better group of people.

Marlene Price Douglas is the best realtor in the state of Georgia! Her skills are superior in getting you top dollar for your home and making the process quick and very easy! I highly recommend her and can tell you that she got us so much more money for our home than we ever thought possible. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and that’s what divides the Douglas lane real estate group from others. When you choose Marlene and her agents, I can assure you that you can trust that you are in very competent hands and you can rest easy knowing that everything is being taken care of. FIVE STARS!!!! Ms. Marlene and her team at the Georgia Academy of Real Estate are amazing! I am currently in her pre-license real estate class. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about this industry. You want to buy a house from somebody you can trust right? Of course...We all do! Douglas Lane is built on years of experience. Marlene and her staff are well trained. She is even board certified to teach the required pre licensing course to become an Agent. As a broker she helps to employ many agents. Yes, even when they are just starting. They ALL get the job done and get it done QUICK. Once your house is on the market you need to start packing. Take a look at all the customers who have closed the deal. Even some of the ones who claimed they were not happy...STILL CLOSED THE DEAL. #3 in Georgia and striving for #1. Good company.
