Very poor experience with Trey. Failed to effect timely delivery of a termite report and is radio silent on an untimely NHDS delivered on the day of closing.

I'd be more than happy to remove this review if you show me proof both of the above were delivered in November. Otherwise, as the DRE special investigator also corroborates, these are rather obvious examples of "negligence."

I can speak from the experience of having hired and fired Elizabeth Clark and Tom Park to sell a property. Main problem was they would not reply to texts in any reasonable amount of time. If I as the client can't get them to be professional and responsive, I can only imagine that potential buyers of my property would have had the same or worse experience. Im guessing this is what happens when you get your listings as a result having a healthy social circle, rather than hard work and client service.
