Besides helping us from start to finish with the services expected from all good realty agents, our agent Pam Mitchell went the extra mile more than once to find suitable resources to assist us in getting our house in optimum sellable condition. She also went out of her way to negotiate us through some issues that could have been deal breakers. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Finally, it is worth noting that within 2 hours of her listing our house online we had an offer, and it turned out to be the one we accepted and closed on a few weeks later. To say we were very pleased with Pam is an understatement.

Not sure how this agency stays in business. The first telltale sign should have been their lack of a website.
My hope was to deal directly with the listing agent, so I called Kyle Cannon’s office left a message, then his cell phone. Never a returned call from either.
After several weeks, still interested in the property (379 Radio Lane, Saluda, SC) I sent two email inquiries, and finally received some information from Kyle. The next day, I emailed him back to schedule a property visit. Two days later with two additional emails, I can’t get him to respond. Not even an “I am busy, but will get back with your soon”….NOTHING.
If I was the home owner, he would be fired. We were cash buyers and ready to purchase. Way to kill a potential sale, Kyle…

I knew Heather Shuler and Jamie Stoner were the team for me as soon as I spoke with them on the phone, their excitement and energy. I am a female in the construction industry and one thing I learned many years ago is "people buy people". These two ladies sold me on "their team" immediately, and I don't like "Salesman". When you love what you do it shows and I knew my house would be sold quickly which is what I needed. I was going through a very difficult time in my life and these ladies handled 'EVERYTHING' for me, went way over and beyond to help me ever step of the way. Don't be fooled by Angla Douglas Hood. She is a heartless lair and if she promises you anyting write it down immediately and make her sign it. she is deceiving she will never keep her word and she will lie to you at every breath I rented a house from her and she is stealing the deposit do not trust her with anything. She's not reliable she never returned your calls she makes promises she never keeps them and if she tells you something get it in writing her WORD MEANS ABSOLUTELY ZERO is a thief. If I could give a half star I would.
