This place here is Section 8 project housing disguised as an apartment complex. The landlords don't even ask for your credit score they just sign you up like a community college. I was told the lease even comes with a free Hollister sweatsuit and a Cuban link chain. I visited my cousin here a few weeks after he moved in and and he now demands everyone call him Infant Gutter the Cike Rim Slayer and gets upset anytime someone uses the word 'third.' Even the buildings are painted every color except red and orange because even the contractors don't want issues.

On the bright side there’s a smoke shop down the street so you can cope with the stress of having fades lined up for you everytime you open your front door. Also the females are bad but good luck tryna talk to any of them.

Honestly some of the apts are newly renovated and they have beautiful spacious interiors but the neighbors are sometimes loud. There are roaches!!!!! ask them to spray the place as soon as you see one!!!! if you move here the area is pretty safe is your foreign to the neighborhood they give one parking spot and people aren't mean has a strong belzean and african American community. it could be better but until.they rennovate everything expect nothing diff

Been here 8 years just because the rent is cheap it's quite but from time to time there would be gang members come in here and do what ever they want and management doesn't do anything about it ,for the time I've been here they've change 5 different manager's and all is full of crop ,they come in with lots of rules and regulations and full of B.S..
