I used to be a tenant for a year. Until I upgraded. These properties are a great stepping stone for prosperity.I went from being a complete stranger to the Lombardi family to getting to know my Landlord and property owner. Became so acquainted with Domenic, he granted me good friendship and nothing but respect of course. Some people just have their differences. That's what makes this world so diverse. Thanks Dom and and Jack for the opportunities.

Well I didn't get the apartment asked why she said it wasn't a match. First time making an inquiry about it was July 21 filled out an application same day on application wanted our bank account info the brother said we didn't have to fill it out so we didn't (we didn't know that was normal to ask for bank account info ,now I do lack of education about renting property on my part.) We scheduled a time for me to see the apartment I showed up early and waited there for an hour and half and no show called the sister a very condescending person telling me he can't approve you because we are a team( meaning her and her brother ) ,while one is telling one thing another is telling me another, then he called to apologize to say hey that is his fault and wanted to show me the apartment, when we go upstairs They have their friend and his two kids living there, a few days later my GF came by to see it their friends left the apartment a mess Starbucks cups on the floor. After looking at the apartment I troubleshooting what could be wrong with their mothers sleep number mattress for about an hour ( my industry of work) so they said they were going to clean it.and give us a call back on Thursday. A few days past we meet his sister face to face she was going to look at our background check. . . fine sure not a problem , She wanted to be extra sure that potential family moving in the apartment next door were not criminals being that I am a black male and my gf is a Latina female ,we both work alot 10 hour days minimum each shift so we would be home to make noise and we're both 25 so they were asking us are we going to throw parties and etc. Finally got an answer today on Aug 29th A month and 8 days after I filled out the application ( did have to go back a few days later because we missed some information on it)

I have learned that they inherited the business form their father, I've seen comments somewhere on the internet stating that they wish he was still alive to be the landlord.

Final thoughts professionalism is not their strong suit, showed proof of income , making triple the months rent due in a week, If you are young you probably won't get 30s + you got a good shot If you are ethnic Spanish black probably look elsewhere because it won't happen, especially if your moving next door to the owner, If you are white or European decent it's all yours!

How do you hang up on someone asking for a railing because they need one !! How can you be that rude. Have some care for your tenets. If something happens to your tenet will you care then!! Thought would would try to do better then your father with this kinda stuff but guess not ..

The food was very good. I had fish and chips. I took the rest home and I almost broke a tooth when I took a bite and there was a small black rock that looked like a tiny triangle.

Just another slum Lord of West Warwick I haven't met one person who can say a good thing about them make sure you keep record of every step you take with them because they WILL screw you- every time. Tred lightly with people like this they are extremely unprofessional.

Totally rude do not fix anything, lucky if you can get a window to lock nevermind stay opened and that's if you can get the windows opens cuz they're so hard to open , no window handles to even open windows , they like to go into your apartment when you're not home watch out if you move in make sure you take all kinds of pictures when you first move in , they don't like to give you your damage deposit back
