Horrible experience - company didn't meet with the renter prior to letting them move in. Let a "perfect" credit score candidate move in that was a drug dealer into a gated community. Had to go through eviction process, which took a year. Horrible communication & felt in the dark through the whole process. Received prorated rent of two weeks for the year duration of my experience and was never paid again. Company really leaves you out to dry post eviction too - doesn't help you receive funds from collections or care whatsoever. Would never recommend. Complete scam.
