This realtor is not trustworthy or ethical. He encouraged me to make a written offer on agreed to terms, then failed to write it up informing me that that the house on the market for months for which he had no other offers the day before, then suddenly had a better offer. When I upped my offer above the other offer he advised me that the owner rejected my offer. What was going on? He claimed to have no obligation to me, yelled at me, and was deceptive. No doubt he had his motives. My offer was cash, no contingencies. He was not honest and played me. Avoid this guy.

Frank DiPietro and his staff at DiPietro Real Estate have fine tuned the real estate transaction process. I have purchased and sold a few homes in the past and this one went smoother than any of them. Frank has an in-depth knowledge of the local area and was able to quickly focus my search to only the homes that met my criteria. He is familiar with all the professionals needed to facilitate the purchase and put me in touch with them very quickly. Frank was the selling agent for a house we bought. He followed us around the open house, the home inspection, and the final walkthrough arguing with us and the inspector and making unsubstantiated claims about the quality of items he knew nothing about. When we made an offer on the home and began the standard negotiating process, even though it had been on the market for 240 days, he informed us that there were suddenly multiple offers and we needed to give our best offer. So he used the standard dishonest tactic of fake anonymous bids. Dealing with Frank was annoying to say the least. I guess he's a good advocate for his sellers.

Frank DiPietro is a great real estate agent. He sold two houses for me that had been trashed by tenants and were in foreclosure when nobody else could. He had my belongings moved and stored to help the sales go through. He will do whatever is necessary to make a sale go through.
