My husband and I worked with Dio Real Estate in purchasing our first home. As first time buyers, we were so unfamiliar with many aspects; (i.e what/where should we buy?, what is escrow? interest rates?, financial aspects, etc..etc...); and the decision involved in buying the right house. We almost changed our mind everyday what kind of house we should get (duplex? srf? townhouse? you name it!) Dio Real Estate helped me purchase my first property. In this intimidating housing market, they took all the stress out of the home buying process and took the time to educate me from pre-qualification to closing. A special thank you to Corazón and Samantha for all the time and effort they gave (including meeting me all the way to Ventura... twice!). They are extremely accommodating and worked with a smile.
