Dina Perez is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable realtor. I met her 14 years ago with a home purchase. The market was super competitive with multiple offers, with Dina’s years of experience and knowledge she negotiated the perfect deal.
Recently my dad passed away, I needed a letter of value on his home. Dina drove over 90 miles one way to do a property evaluation and letter for me.
Dina goes above and beyond to guide and assist in anyway she can. I would recommend her without hesitation to any of my family and friends.

I used Dina for both buying and selling my house. She made that process so easy by taking care of literally everything. Paperwork, communication, inspections, etc. all handled by her in a timely manner. The most work I ever did was signing paperwork. For me personally, the best thing was her constant communication. That made me feel at ease through the whole process. Definitely will be using her again when the time comes to buy another house.
