We are incredibly grateful for choosing Dillon; we couldn't have accomplished this without him! My son turned 19 on April 13 and successfully closed on his charming little cottage on July 1, all without a cosigner and with no gifts allowed by the lender.

We initially worked with a well-known local mortgage lender who did his best, but when he couldn't close the deal, Dillon stepped in with his own resources. He contacted Keri, a mortgage expert with extensive knowledge of loans, lenders, and the process.

Dillon, along with Keri, our realtor, and the lawyers, all remarked that our son was the youngest client they had ever assisted. Dillon's southern politeness and prompt, accurate responses to our questions were invaluable. He was vigilant in ensuring fairness in estimates, inspections, and even post-closing utilities. Working with Dillon was awesome! Dillon was the listing agent and as the buyer's agent, I really appreciated his clear and quick communication. He always kept me in the loop and made sure everything went smoothly on his end. He is so knowledgeable and on top of it! Dillon is super professional and great to work with. Dillon was excellent through the process of purchasing a home. We looked at many houses and Dillon was available at all times and on time every time. This "realtor" is the furthest from real you'll find. He reached out basically begging us to let him list our home with him when we had it listed FSBO. We told him no thanks for a few weeks. We found a house we fell in love with and asked Dillon to show it to us. We made an offer and it was contigent on us listing with Dillon and selling our current home. Dillon was adamant that he could list and sell our home for $289,000. We have the entire text threads to share as well. He never once physically seen our home before he made these numbers appear but we had assumed he did his research like any reputable realtor would. We listed with him and were excited to get the process of buying and selling started! He told us he was coming to take photos that saturday. He never did, he took our pictures from my FSBO listing and put them as his own. He had a drone guy come and take a video of part of the property, not even the entire property. Claimed the land was going to be what sold the home. From then on, he was a rude, arrogant jerk. Theres so much more to this story that I dont have enough room to type! Dont use Dillon Henderson, hes a liar, he wont do the hard work and he will blame you for not wanting to discuss via a phone call as opposed to having stuff in writing. Zero stars, do not recommend. He was fired. He then blocked us from leaving a review on Facebook. So i used my old fb account. He then blocked that as well. He's the worst! Do not recommend!

Dillon was great at meeting me when I asked, he went above and beyond to help me list my home . He answered all my questions and returned my calls the same day. He kept in touch with me through text so I knew what to expect and was a joy to talk to.
