You would be hard pressed to find a better property management company in the Huntsville area. I have been doing business with Carolyn and her team for years. They are professional, responsive and honest. They have absolutely gone above and beyond in their duties as a property management company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent property management company.

Dietrich rentals has been outstanding! I have used Dietrich as my property manager since 2015. The first time we received orders to Korea and Carolyn (Owner) and her team made our transition easy and promptly had the house rented after a few weeks. We returned to our home in 2019, and the house had been maintained very well. We again received orders to Belgium in 2021 and immediately contacted Dietrich to get our house rent ready. It did not take long for us to have a tenant, a few months after we left. Unfortunately, we have listed our house for sale as we’re retiring in Texas. Our realtor stated that Dietrich had been instrumental in ensuring the house was under contract so quickly. I want to thank the whole Dietrich team for the many years of support, professionalism, and dedication to their customers!

We rent with Dietrich from recommendation from a realtor friend, in a quiet & convenient part of town. The property is lovely, and we're so happy to have a whole house & yard! Our rental company repairman is prompt, professional, and personable, and communication from Dietrich is very timely. Overall, we love our rental home!

I would like to say that I am more than happy with the apartment that I am renting through Dietrich Rental. Aside from the apartment itself, I am extremely happy with the service provided by their staff. Carolyn and her staff has been such a huge help to me and my wife . Whenever we need anything, we contact her and receive a response instantly. I give a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them to others.

If I could leave less than 0 stars I would. I have lived in numerous rental houses and apartments and the last two years have easily been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. We have always been (and continue to be) extremely respectful and honest tenants anywhere we’ve been. Shy Needle was usually our contact, and she consistently treated my husband and I with immense disrespect. The few times we got to interact with Carolyn she was very respectful and professional. Over these two years, the house we rented had major water damage as well as termites, and Shy made a very unpleasant situation even more difficult. Even the owners of the house reached out to us to apologize for her poor behavior - we had been out of the house due to it being a complete construction zone and she had not even notified them until a few weeks into the process. She was always difficult to get in contact with and seemed to brush our needs off to the side. Dietrich violated our lease multiple times, and upon move out Shy unethically charged us money from our initial deposit. I would never recommend renting through this company simply because of her. Very disappointed with our Dietrich experience and very glad it’s over.

One of the worst decisions I ever made was renting through Dietrich. They're unprofessional and rude to their renters. They'll threaten you by telling you things like " we better not get on a bad foot" when I asked about the status of the AC guys and the manager said that I gave the AC guys the wrong number when the only number that the AC guys have is the number that is in Dietrich system, but yet Dietrich is able to contact me for payment on the phone that they said is the wrong number I gave them when I signed the lease. The manager is very obnoxious and argumentative and doesn't communicate very well. I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews that you see on this feed are people who have no association with Dietrich. I would stay far away!
