Oh god where to start let’s see Lynda the manager super mentally unstable shows through her lack of work and shouting at residents and coming down in her night gowns smelling of alcohol screaming at people Jessie Lynda’s Supervisor Aperto Property Management she’s a horrible person and superior Aperto allows the poor mismanagement of this property as for the actual owners LINC ugh stay as far away as you can as they will also gaslight every single situation here and tell you and make you think they are really going to help they are almost as pathological as Jessie Baker and Lynda the onsite manager also they seem to not care about the open drug use and drug dealings happening in Jeremy Wrens Apartment crazy blows my mind but to each their own I guess

The lady who gas been running diamond street apartments foes a very low minimal quality job she drinks while on duty she is very rude very two-faced and not very professional at all most of the time she's not even available to talk to or to be able to check on applications or anything when I was leaving one message a week to have her call me back she finally called me back after a month later and yelled at me and told me she would not rent to me because I was irritating her by leaving a message on the voicemail once a week to try to find out the status of my application she drinks she cusses people out she doesn't have great people skills and interacting with the public so hopefully they will find better management the phone number has been disconnected nobody's ever in the office and you try to contact the corporate number by email or phone you can't reach anybody either so this is obviously not a good place to rent unfortunately

Im so happy being in these gracious roomy new apartments i came over from the river garden apartments and i lived there for ten years i was so miserable thank you diamond st manager Cindy webber she believed in me and actually wants to help people and is the Best manager ever i miss her thank you and god bless Diana
