Update: apparently the house went under contract 4 hours before our showing, but there was no communication of that to our realtor. We both drove over an hour to make our appointment even though there was a 4 hour block of time in which we could have been updated and made a decision.

We experienced a complete lack of professionalism with this realtor. A listing came on the market that we were very interested in. We scheduled a showing for the following day, and our realtor confirmed the showing. 20 minutes prior to our scheduled showing, we found out the house was under contract. Our realtor reached out to Ms. Cruz to see if we could still view the home in the event it came back on the market. Ms. Cruz did not respond nor did she cancel our appointment. We decided to view the house only to find she disabled the Bluetooth box with the key without ever communicating her intention of not allowing further showings.
