Melanie has been our lender for years now. This is the third time we have worked with her (1st home purchase, refinancing and 2nd home purchase). She is extremely knowledgeable and will get you the absolute best interest rate possible. During our recent home purchase, she kept a finger on the pulse and told us exactly when to sign our documents to lock in the best rate, which was .15% lower than we were quoted about 2 weeks prior.

Melanie is extremely thorough in answering all of the questions we have and guiding us based on her experiences and knowledge in the space. She also gave us advice that kept our best interests in mind when it came to our home buyer's lender and a tight deadline. She always takes such great care of us and I will always recommend her to family and friends looking for a lender.
