I met Mary when I purchced this home several years ago and she was such a delight to work with, I called her and only her when it was time to sell. Mary saved my sanity during what became a very difficult move. She handled absolutely everything because I ended up out of town for most of the sales period. There were multiple challenges with buyers that she handled professionally, always protecting my interests. Even with several buyer related difficulties, we closed at asking price. I would not have wanted to go through this sale with anyone else. Her positivity and kindness kept me afloat. I highly recommend Mary for buying or selling real estate needs.

Crooked realtor. We had a house under agreement and Mary Derrick took another offer to the buyers. Made a report to the board of Realtor's for her unethical business practices. I do not recommend this realtor to buy or sell a horse from.
