One of the worst experiences working with renting an apartment. Awful service, rude staff, and very hard to get a hold of when there was an emergency. We had water damage for over 4 months that was never fixed (just painted over). Black mold throughout the entire apartment. Whenever we tried to get ahold of someone they would answer but never actually follow up with any requests to their OWN property. They only time they would answer or call is if they wanted money. If I could rate this property a zero star I would. Never work with them. Ever!!!!!

Well my daughter has almost completed her first year with Delview and I couldn't be happier considering I'm in another state. Wendy is the best. She is always professional yet also had a personality. It has been such a pleasant experience that she has signed another yrs lease.

Everyone in that office has been nothing but pleasant to work with but WENDY is my go to. She knows her stuff.

Lisa and Gladyss Are always helpful as well. They are all great and need a pd vacation and raises considering Everything They put up with. You all rock.

Lisa, Wendy, and the rest of the staff were so helpful to me during and after my 2 years of living at one of the home properties. One of my roommates and I had another roommate who became a complete nightmare. Unfortunately, the police had to get involved because of some scary and aggressive behavior and that roommate had destroyed some of my belongings. It was a really difficult time, but Delview handled the situation with professionalism and sensitivity. The house was so cute and comfy and I will forever love that house! Roll tide!

Happy with the staffs all the time. I am an international student and they were always very communicative and friendly to me, responded timely with any issues. Tyler was a genius and smart person to deal with renter's policies and issues. He may seem strict but very honest and helpful. He has the ability to make Delview better property to renters. Lisa and Wendy are two names I will never forget. Lisa was very friendly and communicative. Wendy was quick responding to any issues with my apartment.

Terrible customer service. My rental experience with Delview had almost no positives. To give them credit, the maintenance man was very polite and effective, he just had limited availability because he was the only maintenance man for the company which "manages" hundreds of properties. Through my three years of leasing with Delview, not one time did their office return any of my calls. When I first moved in, they gave me the wrong key and I had to go through a window to enter my rental house. I had made several maintenance requests about safety concerns in my property, but the calls were never returned. It wasn't until I highlighted a clause in their contract that excuses the rental payments if the living conditions were 'uninhabitable'. Well, the floor in the bedroom started to fall in, there was also a hole in the living room floor. When I reported that rodents were coming into the house via these holes, and that I would terminate the lease based on the 'uninhabitable clause' - they sent someone over within minutes. It only took two years. You will also never be able to talk to the property manage "Linda" because no matter what time of day you call, her assistants will report to you that she's either on a lunch break (even at 9:00 AM) or that she's in a "meeting" - she's been in a meeting for two years. Do not rent from Delview unless you have no money and infinite patience. It's a slumlord corporation that collects passive income with little to no effort.

After housing two children in rentals, and dealing with multiple rental companies over the years, I can definitely say that Delview was the best experience of all of them. The property was well-maintained, timely emails were sent to parents/renters when work was to be done in the rental and all phone calls with questions regarding the rental were promptly returned or answered by someone who could provide information or clarity. Move in and move out was handled easily (there were five renters to coordinate) and our deposit was returned promptly. We had actually disputed some damage that was noted prior to our move-in, and Delview credited us for a damage charge. Never had a rental company do that before!
